MARKETING TIP OF THE DAYTHEME: FOLLOW-UP CALLS
When making follow-up calls, have a prepared script in front of you. Even if you don't use it word-for-word and you typically perform better off-the-cuff, there will be times when you freeze, and completely forget why you were calling. Even the best telemarketers have experienced temporary brain malfunction, when they can't remember who they are calling, and why they are calling. Having your script handy will help get you back on track.
