At the beginning of every call, always ask if you have reached them at a good time. If not, DO NOT TRY TO SELL YOUR STORY ANYWAY! Just because you have them on the phone right now does not mean you should grab them while you can. Ask what day and what time would be better. And LET THEM GO!
