RosettaBooks, a leading electronic publisher of quality books, in cooperation with The Audio Partners Publishing Corporation, will demonstrate the capabilities of the world's first e-book and audiobook service delivery platform at the 2001 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), to be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, January 6-9.Each day during CES, RosettaBooks and The Audio Partners will run the audio version of the RosettaBooks e-book classic, Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, on a digital disc the size of a quarter produced by DataPlay, their technology partner. The audiobook narration is performed by the well-known stage and screen actor Michael York. Daily demonstrations will take place in DataPlay's Concept Area at booth No. 1357, South Hall 3-5, in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Arthur Klebanoff, Chairman of RosettaBooks, and Grady Hesters, Chief Executive Officer of The Audio Partners, will be available to members of the media and other interested parties to discuss their unique combination of e-publishing and audiobooks in DataPlay's cutting-edge technology format. Mr. Klebanoff will also be available to discuss other RosettaBooks titles, including Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut, Sophie's Choice by William Styron, and Winston Churchill's A Gathering Storm, among many others.
